Product Introduction：

Belt conveyor is a type of conveying equipment with a large conveying capacity, low operating costs, and a wide range
of applications. The conveyor belt is the traction component and load-bearing component in the conveyor.Ordinary rubber
conveyor belts are suitable for working environments with temperatures generally ranging from -10 to 40 ℃ .When the
working environment temperature is below -5℃ ,it is not advisable to use vinylon core tape;When the working environment
temperature is below -15 ℃ ,ordinary cotton core tape should not be used; Steel wire rope core tape should be used in
working environments with temperatures below -20 ℃ .Ordinary rubber conveyor belts are suitable for conveying materials
with a temperature not exceeding 80 ℃ .When the temperature of the conveyed material is between 80 ℃ and 150 ℃ ,
heat-resistant adhesive tape should be used. When conveying materials with high temperatures of 300-500 ℃,high-temperature
resistant conveyor belts can be used. Rubber or plastic belts that are resistant to acids, alkalis, corrosives, oils, and organic
solvents should be used for transportation. Conveyor belts working in areas with fire hazards should use flame-retardant
belts.
