Scope of application:
XCTS (N, B) series permanent magnetic cylinder magnetic seperators are suiteble for wet separation of strong magetic minerals with fineparticles ar removal of strang magnetic minerals mixed in non-magnetic minerals, This machine can continuously fed and discharge crewith large magnetic field depth, large working clearance and high processing capacity.The principle is that when the pulp enters the magnetic field area, the strang magpetic minarals are adsorbed on the surface of the cylinderthe weak magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are thrown otf and dischargod, while the strong magnetic minerals adsorbed on the surface oithe cylinder rotate with the cylinder, are taken out of the magnetic field area, and flushed into the concentrate tank with flushing water tocomplete the camposition separation operation .
The same cylinder can be equipped with three types of tanks, namely, paralel fiow tank (XCTS), counter flow tank (XCTN) and semicounter flow tank(XCTB),to meet different sorting reguiremenis .The downstream trough is applicable to the roughing and concentration of the separation perticle size not greater than 6mm.e countcr flow chute is applicable to the coarse separation and sweep separation with the separation particle size not greater than 0. &mmnd the recovery of medium and heavy media in the coal preparation industry.he serni countercurent trough is applicable to the roughing and concentration of minerals with a particle size of no more than immespecially for the concentration of minerals with a particle size of 0.15- 10mmProduct executive standard JB/T7895-2008.
